The effects of frequencies
We all are aware of frequencies, well mostly because we are surrounded by them and also produce them! Frequencies are waves that passes through the medium and to the recipients. Frequencies are catergorised as electromagnetic or magnetic which comes in forms of light, radio, x-rays and sound. Today I will be talking about sound frequencies. We can hear sound in the frequency range of 20 Hertz to 2000 Hertz in which we can hear all musical pitches.
Nature’s frequency
We are all constantly vibing on our own frequencies and have the opportunity to move onto others, throughout the course of our lives! The people you have around you, such as friends, co-workers, family, business partners are all vibrating on the same frequency as you! Frequencies connects us all together and to the world. Nature has its own frequencies that are inaudible to us. We may not be able to hear them but we can most definitely feel their vibrations. Nature stimulates a calming feeling, feeling grounded and reflective of yourself and life as it is. Listening to nature opens a vault of love and appreciation in your heart for your surroundings that you may have never noticed before. Trees are our source of oxygen so if you feel like you can breathe easier when in nature compared to a busy city, the reason is because you are connecting with the earth’s rhythm. In the same way that we can feel natures vibrations as calming stimulants, the same way they can feel our vibrations when we are in their presence.
Negative low-vibrational frequency
How we look at our lives is through the vibrations we accept and receive. If life is not going well, it is hard to look at the brighter side and if you would listen to music that relates to the negative feelings you are feeling, you would then be feeding your subconscious mind those negative frequencies that will make you vibrate within that energy. So instead of your days becoming better and better, they will get worse. They will not even stay at the same level of negativity as it was, it will alter your life perspective in how you see yourself and others and would reflect through your actions. We call that negative low-vibrational music. Listening to sad music when you are sad does nothing but allows you to dwell in that state. Usually, artists uses their emotions to drive their creativity and uses their music as a way to release their stresses. They release the music with the intention of it reaching their audience that feels the same emotion. As a listener, relating to sad music is not a bad thing when you are feeling the same emotion as the song portrays, but if you repeatedly listen to that song, it will be impossible to lift yourself from that emotion/state. Negative low-vibrational music is not only pushed through negative emotions, it is also commonly paired with themes of lust, violence, greed, fear, grief, anxiety and more. So expecting to grow and detach from your negative problems whilst subconsciously surround around them is plainly stupid.
So what is the right step?
The first step is to tune into yourself first. Be aware of your emotions and attend to them with set intentions. If you intend to feel the waves of negative emotions out through negative music, then do you. When you are ready to move onwards, research into high-vibrational music. High-vibrational music uplifts a person and motivates a positive mindset. These music usually contains positive affirmations, confidence-boosting choruses and most importantly, upbeat, joyful instrumentals that causes a chain reaction for you to release dopamine. That alone will rewire your outlook on life, having you appreciate the little things that you were too clouded up on before. In a visa versa affect, artists who may not be in their perfect place, creates songs that are high-vibrational to manifest because once you can think of being something or doing something, it is reachable. They create those songs, not only to help people feel better and lighter, but to also help themselves. See, once positive vibrations flow through you and out of you, you are bound to form a world that caters to that perspective/lifestyle.
Frequencies levels 432Hertz and 528Hertz are known to reduce stress levels, enhance sleep and deep rests, promotes focus and is ultimately calming. People tend to play the harmonic frequencies whilst they sleep. Additionally, there are some frequency videos on YouTube that has affirmations and certain manifestations on them to let those beliefs feed into their subconscious mind right from when the subconscious mind is absent, until you wake up and embody those beliefs.
As much as I believe that frequency range performs as a catalyst in the transformation of the subconscious mind, the total completion of the process is when you make action towards that frequency. Manifestation is the art of letting a repetitive thought become real and 50% of that is through believing the manifestation and 50% embodying and making action within that manifestation.
As much as it helps you, the abuse of it will tear you.
The downsides to frequencies
Life is a book full of yings and yangs, ups and downs, goods and bads. Knowing that frequencies are real and we can physically hear them, we must acknowledge the spiritual side of hosting frequencies. I like to refer to our spirit as our subconscious minds (in this topic). Our subconscious minds are where our thoughts generate, as well as our intentions. The intentions we set on a daily basis is the window to our souls. It shows us who we are, what our morals are, our integrity, self-respect and mostly what frequency we rely on. Think of negative low vibrational frequencies on a CD disc and floating above that disc are many other CD discs in between that disc and the top disc which is the most positive high vibrational frequency. On each of those discs, many people live on there, could be for now, in the future or forever. Everyone who lives on that disc is vibrating, understanding, alike each other. People on that same frequency disc often share worlds together. For example, singers who sing sad songs caters to an audience who relates and resonate with the frequency from both the singer and the song itself. It is unlikely for someone who is vibrating on a lower disc to fully understand someone’s mental state and capacity when they are many discs above. It is common for people on the lower discs who are disconnected to themselves, always in survival mode and who wraps up in their negativity to go to sleep, to hate the people who are on the higher end of the spectrum. Hate, anger, jealousy, envy and more are negative emotions and would never cross the minds of people who are on higher discs…because they are surrounded by consistent love and positive energy.
So there is no use in aiming to shame the people living in a different disc, realm, fabric reality, because they won’t even find time to entertain your negativity, they see straight through. Remember, thoughts and intentions are the window to your soul. The way low vibrational people manipulate other people who are on the journey of moving to a higher disc and a positive vibration of life than them, is through subliminal messages. As we covered before, some people sleep with the comfortability of putting on a harmonic frequency, often with affirmations and manifestations repeating on them. People with bad intentions manipulate those frequencies by adding in negative subliminal messaging roughly half way through the video, right about where the average human would fall into REM. Those bad subliminal messages would leak through into the subconscious mind and slowly deconstruct the progress of positive beliefs that was forming.
Some can go as far to putting forward demonic and dark energy to outwardly disrupt the person’s course of life and the government could possibly alter the media we see to control the masses.. but that is a deeper topic of conversation for another time (if you want me to dive in, leave a comment)
In the end…
Frequencies are a blessing but it’s important to monitor since it is the food to your soul. Set spiritual boundaries as you would set for your physicals because your soul is a delicate and much more detailed version of you. Be very aware of what you feed your subconscious mind as if you are on a food diet and lastly, put forward your best intention and your goodness into the world and make it a better place.
