First step~ Stress Relief

Let’s release some stress together. I recommend you to find a space wherever you’re comfortable and take in some deep breaths..1………2……..3………and when you breathe in, imagine all of your stresses whether they have happened or are yet to come and breathe out to release them from your mind. Those stresses belongs to the past or future you but the present you is here right now to release.

Imagine the thoughts from your busy world leaving through your exhale and peace, gratitude and love entering your body through your inhale….you may close your eyes and repeat this exercise for as long as you need to.

If you are not confident that your mind is clear or if you are physically tense, rotate your neck slowly in a circular motion, and whilst you do, recite some of your personal affirmations….here are some of my affirmations:

I am grateful to be alive, I am taking this moment to appreciate and thank myself and my body for bringing me this far, I am confident in who I am and who I want to become, I am in control of myself, my emotions, my actions and my life, I love the person I became and I love my life, I will continue to build myself and always will take the right step forward in the right path, I express good energy to the rest of the world and to the people, nature around me.

With that being said, shake off the rest of the negative energy and move your body around and have a giggle with yourself!
